Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the resort was quite an experience. The golf courses were beautifully maintained and offered a wonderful challenge. The service was generally responsive, but it felt like the staff was overwhelmed at times. The dining options, while decent, could have been more varied. Overall, there were some lovely aspects, but the experience had its share of frustrations that made it not ideal.
We had an amazing time at this resort, with stunning mountain views and beautifully decorated villas. The kitchen was fantastic and came with great amenities, like a dishwasher. However, I was disappointed with the lack of Wi-Fi and the need for an upgraded TV package. Overall, it was a lovely stay, just a few areas to improve on.
Monomotapa Village offers a charming experience with well-appointed, self-catering units ideal for families or groups. The small pool in the four-bedroom units is a nice touch, and the serene design of the bedrooms promotes a peaceful stay. However, some issues with management and maintenance were noted, which could detract from the overall experience.
My experience at the resort was quite a rollercoaster. The location is stunning, nestled in nature, which I loved, and I can't praise the rangers enough for their help during our sunset game drive. However, the service was chaotic, with multiple booking mistakes and issues with our room's water pressure. While the amenities had potential, my overall stay fell short of expectations due to the lack of effective management.
The resort is set in a stunning location that truly captivates with its beauty, but my experience was overshadowed by some service issues. While the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, the staff's performance was inconsistent, causing some frustrating moments during our stay. The dining experience varied, with great food but slow service, making it a mixed bag overall.
